Hi, my name is Abby Parker, owner of North Shore Ashiatsu and Massage and Deepfeet Bar Therapy Certified Instructor. I have been in private practice since 2003 and practicing ashiatsu since 2007.

Currently I teach Ashiatsu and treat clients four days a week. Ashiatsu, is a barefoot technique that allows me to give the perfect amount of pressure from light, medium to deep, without straining my hands, wrists or low back! This technique is effetive in relaxing the nervous system and releasing tension in tight sore muscles. I might use this in combination with other traditional techniques to customize the need of the client.

Under one roof is a wealth of knowledge, skill, and experience in healing modalities. We welcome you to our practice of massage therapists, acupuncturist, and wellness practices, where we take pride in our services. We can offer therapeutic work like sports, deep tissue, rehabilitation bodywork, cranial sacral, or oncology massage. Please contact me or one of the therapists below.
