Our mission statement is to provide the community and visitors with therapeutic and compassionate bodywork, promoting self care and self awareness.

Hi, my name is Abby Parker, owner of North Shore Ashiatsu and Massage and Deepfeet Bar Therapy Certified Instructor. I have been in private practice since 2003 and practicing ashiatsu since 2007. 

Currently I teach Ashiatsu and treat clients four days a week. Ashiatsu, is a barefoot technique that allows me to give the perfect amount of pressure from light, medium to deep, without straining my hands, wrists or low back! This technique is effetive in relaxing the nervous system and releasing tension in tight sore muscles. I might use this in combination with other traditional techniques to customize the need of the client. 

Under one roof is a wealth of knowledge, skill, and experience in healing modalities. We welcome you to our practice of massage therapists, acupuncturist, and wellness practices, where we take pride in our services. We can offer therapeutic work like sports, deep tissue, rehabilitation bodywork, cranial sacral, or oncology massage. We are very sad to inform clients, friends, the community, that Eric Beggs passed away August 29, 2024 at his home. A celebration of his life was held by his family 8/11. 

Our office wii hold a celebration of life and paddle out in honor of Eric Wednesday 8/28 at 8:30 am at Ali'i beach park on the left side. You are welcome to join us!
