Our mission statement is to provide the community and visitors with therapeutic and compassionate bodywork, promoting self care and self awareness.

With over two decades of experience, Abby Parker has been in private practice on Oʻahu’s North Shore since 2001, offering therapeutic, results-driven bodywork tailored to each client. Her primary focus is medical massage, with a specialization in Ashiatsu Barefoot Massage—a modality she has practiced since 2007 and now teaches through Deepfeet Bar Therapy as a certified instructor since 2018.

Ashiatsu is at the heart of Abby’s work. By using her feet to deliver broad, controlled pressure, she is able to provide deep, relaxing, and highly effective treatment while maintaining precision and comfort. Many of her clients report longer-lasting results and a level of relief they have not experienced with traditional hands-on techniques.

Committed to ongoing professional development, Abby has completed extensive continuing education in a wide range of therapeutic modalities. She integrates this knowledge into every session and believes in educating her clients, helping them better understand their bodies and play an active role in their own healing process.

Abby works closely with each client to address chronic tension, injury recovery, repetitive strain, and stress-related conditions. She also accepts no-fault (auto) and workers’ compensation insurance cases.

Her practice is located in the heart of historic Haleʻiwa town on the North Shore of Oʻahu, in a collaborative wellness space shared with other skilled practitioners offering Ashiatsu, Thai massage, cupping, lymphatic drainage, acupuncture, and neurofeedback.
